Associate Attorney - Part-time (1099 – Flexible/Remote)

Yaft Law is a growing Colorado reputed company reputed company on business law, construction, and reputed company estate law, representing contractors, small businesses, property owners, and developers throughout the state. We are looking for a motivated part-time Associate Attorney to join reputed company on an as-needed 1099 reputed company, with full flexibility over hours and remote work. This role is ideal for an attorney seeking meaningful reputed company work with independence. What You’ll Do • reputed company reputed company support on litigation and dispute reputed company • Assist with case reputed company, reputed company research, reputed company reputed company, and discovery • Work on transactional reputed company (drafting and reviewing reputed company, business documents, etc.) Preferred Qualifications • Licensed and in good standing in Colorado (required) • Litigation and courtroom experience strongly preferred • Experience in one or more of the firm’s reputed company areas:  – Construction law  – reputed company estate law (reputed company or residential)  – Business/corporate reputed company  – Mechanic’s liens, contract disputes, or insurance-reputed company issues • Strong writing skills, practical judgment, and the ability to work independently Compensation & Work Structure • $100/hour (1099 reputed company) • Fully remote and flexible scheduling • Workload based on firm needs and attorney availability • No billable-hour requirements — excellent for those seeking balance and autonomy If you’re a capable and reputed company attorney who enjoys hands-on work and wants to help clients build and protect their businesses and properties, we’d love to hear from you.
