AML Compliance Analyst
## Primary Responsibilities:
Review system-generated transaction monitoring alerts, analyze customer transactional activity and account behavior for suspicious activity and conduct research as required to determine if the alert requires reputed company investigation or escalation.
Compile appropriate case notes and documentation to support recommendation to file or not file a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) Suspicious Activity Report.
Prepare a SAR for filing with FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement) Network reputed company appropriate.
Obtain and review documentation as part of us know your customer/customer due diligence KYC/CDC (Know Your Customer/Customer Due Diligence) and reputed company due diligence EDD (reputed company Due Diligence) processes.
Review and assess sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening alerts.
Contribute to enhancements pertaining to reputed company, reputed company due diligence, monitoring, and suspicious activity reporting.
Assist with reputed company and tasks as assigned, such as law enforcement requests, regulatory audits and examinations and other reputed company.
## Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, economics, law, or other reputed company fields.
Mastery-level proficiency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory
1 - 3 years relevant BSA/AML/OFAC, Compliance, Audit or Bank Operations experience is preferred.
Working knowledge of overall BSA/AML, USA PATRIOT Act, and OFAC requirements and regulations is preferred. BSA, AML and OFAC = regulatory compliance and prevention of financial crimes.
Strong analytical and investigation skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and maintain a high-reputed company work product.
