CTO / Chief Product Architect
Domain: DePIN — Global Infrastructure Layer for Verified Mobility Location: Remote Compensation: Equity + Token Allocation + Competitive Salary Inspira Labs is in search of a top-tier CTO / Chief Product Architect to lead the technical vision of a new DePIN company building the global infrastructure layer for verified mobility. This is not a traditional CTO role. We’re looking for someone who can fully own the product, shape the protocol, and orchestrate the entire engineering function from day zero. You will: • Co-design the end-to-end architecture and technological direction of the project • Translate mobility infrastructure into Web3-integrated systems and products • Build, lead, and retain a world-class engineering team • Work directly with the founder on narrative, positioning, and roadmap • Design the core protocol from scratch (mobility identity, device attestation, node infrastructure, SDKs, APIs) • Act as a true co-founder, taking a meaningful equity stake and token allocation • You must think like a category creator, not just a senior developer. Core Responsibilities: • Architect the Proof-of-Mobility (PoM) protocol and mobility verification rails aligned with DePIN principles • Design the mobility identity layer (device identity + human identity + movement identity) • Build early prototypes, SDKs, APIs, mobility oracles, and validator logic • Decide whether the protocol should run on a custom L1/L2 or leverage existing chains • Oversee integrations with DePIN networks, IoT providers, hardware/device manufacturers, and mobility data layers • Define and maintain the product roadmap (0 → 1 → scale) • Translate a high-level narrative into concrete technical deliverables and milestones • Validate the technical feasibility of mobility verification methods and data pipelines Requirements: • 6–10+ years of relevant engineering experience • Strong knowledge of blockchain architecture (L1, L2, SVM, EVM, or modular/Core-style architectures) • Hands-on experience with DePIN / IoT / sensor data / device binding / attestation • Proven experience building protocols, not only applications • Prior CTO / Lead Architect experience in Web3 or deep infrastructure projects • Experience with zk-proofs in the context of location, identity, or data integrity • Ability to hire, lead, and mentor high-caliber engineering teams Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
