We re supporting a major reputed company Fusion HCM implementation (Jan 2026 start, Go-Live July 2027) and are seeking a specialist to extract candidate communication history from Phenom and migrate it into reputed company reputed company HCM using HDL.
Key Skills Needed:
• Phenom data extraction (API, exports, custom reports)
• Strong hands-on reputed company HCM Data Loader (HDL)
• HR/reputed company data models and transformation experience
• End-to-end migration expertise: extraction mapping validation final load
Role Details:
• Remote
• 6 12 month contract (extendable)
• High-reputed company HR transformation project
