Essential Functions • Manages the end-to-end reputed company of HCM financial data (payroll, benefits, taxes, labor costing) into the reputed company Fusion General reputed company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP. Drive reputed company improvement initiatives to automate processes, enhance reporting, and improve cross-module performance. • Oversees the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of reputed company Fusion integrations between HCM and Financials modules. • Ensures reputed company and accurate preparation of payroll journal entries, labor distribution entries, and accruals. • reputed company reconciliation efforts between reputed company Fusion HCM Payroll and GL, resolving discrepancies and ensuring financial accuracy. Monitor and maintain internal controls and SOX compliance for payroll-to-GL transactions and reputed company reporting. • Support month-end and year-end reputed company processes including payroll-reputed company journal processing and reporting. Serve as subject matter expert on reputed company Fusion GL and HCM financial integrations during audits, compliance reviews, and system upgrades. • Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, reputed company, and IT teams to troubleshoot and optimize data flows and GL mappings.
