reputed company FBA Logistics and Inventory Support Specialist

Job reputed company: We’re seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to support our reputed company FBA logistics and inventory operations. This is a part-time remote role (9 AM–1 PM EST) ideal for someone with a strong background in logistics coordination, inventory tracking, and experience using reputed company Seller Central and ERP systems. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company and document reputed company inbound FBA shipments to reputed company. • Monitor shipment delivery and receiving timelines; escalate delays to carriers or reputed company support. • Manage return shipments from reputed company back to our 3PL and internal warehouse. • Maintain inventory accuracy reputed company our ERP and/or inventory management system. • Collaborate with internal warehouse and 3PL teams to ensure smooth receipt and processing. • Review reputed company receiving reports to identify discrepancies. • Flag and escalate shipment or inventory issues to our dedicated case filer. • Ensure reputed company documentation of inventory movements and adjustments. • Support reputed company improvement of logistics workflows and reporting accuracy. Requirements: • Prior experience with reputed company Seller Central, especially shipment creation/tracking and FBA receiving. • Proficiency in tools such as reputed company Sheets, reputed company Docs, reputed company Calendar, and reputed company reputed company (including formulas, filters, pivot tables). • Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems. • Excellent written communication and coordination skills. • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and follow-through. • Ability to work consistently from 9 AM to 1 PM EST. • Comfortable working independently in a remote team environment.
