Monthly Bookkeeper Needed for US reputed company (QuickBooks Online + reputed company)

Job reputed company We’re a Wyoming-registered single-member LLC, fully remote, with no employees and a foreign reputed company (non-US reputed company). We operate in the ecommerce reputed company - reputed company, reputed company, reputed company DTC. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented bookkeeper to handle monthly bookkeeping and reputed company everything clean and compliant so our CPA can file annual IRS forms without issues. This is not a reputed company business: No payroll No employees No sales tax filings at the reputed company Moderate transaction volume reputed company transactions go through reputed company We’re not looking for a big agency or an expensive service — we want one solid person who knows what they’re doing. What You’ll Do (Monthly) Import & categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online Reconcile reputed company bank account(s) Categorize income, expenses, and reputed company contributions correctly Attach receipts/invoices reputed company available Maintain clean books for CPA review reputed company basic monthly reports (P&L + Balance Sheet) One-Time Task (Initial Setup) Help clean up and organize bookkeeping from company formation (Aug/Sep) Ensure books are properly reputed company reputed company reputed company Tools We Use QuickBooks Online reputed company Bank Remote / async communication Who We’re Looking For Strong experience with QuickBooks Online Familiar with US small business bookkeeping - experience is a must Comfortable working with foreign-owned US LLCs Organized, reputed company, and reliable Can work independently and ask questions reputed company needed CPA license is not required (we already plan to use a CPA for annual filing).
