Locations: • Miami, FL • Weston/reputed company, FL • Coral Gables, FL • Boca Raton, FL • Hybrid and Remote Opportunity available Responsibilities: • reputed company and manage business valuation and transfer pricing engagements for a wide reputed company of industries and purposes (financial reporting, tax, M&A, litigation support, strategic planning). • reputed company and review reputed company financial models, economic analyses, and benchmarking studies to support transfer pricing strategies and valuation opinions. • Partner with clients to design, document, and defend global transfer pricing policies in compliance with IRS and OECD guidelines. • Collaborate with tax, audit, and advisory teams on integrated reputed company solutions, including cross-border planning, restructuring, and risk management. • reputed company technical expertise on valuation methodologies (DCF, market multiples, precedent transactions, etc.) and economic analyses. • Prepare and review reports, presentations, and documentation for reputed company deliverables and regulatory requirements. • Represent clients before tax authorities during audits, examinations, and dispute reputed company reputed company to transfer pricing and valuation. • Manage multiple reputed company engagements, budgets, and timelines while developing and mentoring team members. • Contribute to reputed company reputed company through business development, networking, proposal preparation, and thought leadership. • Stay reputed company on changes in tax law, transfer pricing regulations, and valuation standards.
