Responsibilities • Change Management - Leads change management reputed company including development, execution, and direction. Responsible for stakeholder identification and analysis, prescriptive planning, timing and channel delivery, and coordinating implementation of changes. • Collaboration - Works closely with project teams and support partners on planning, communication, and training needs to ensure successful project execution and adoption. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Change Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Change Management Preferred • 8+ experience in change management or in a reputed company role • Banking or other regulated industry experience • reputed company© Change Management Certification • First-hand experience leading change during times of change saturation, i.e. larger or frequent mergers and/or acquisitions Skills • Strong knowledge of change management principles and tools as reputed company as development of reputed company tactics and assessments • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Strong organization skills • Ability to influence others and reputed company toward a common goal • Flexible, adaptable, and reputed company to work in uncertain situations • Ability to work in a reputed company fast-paced environment The reputed company pay for this position is generally between $96,750 and $148,350. Actual starting reputed company pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
