About the position
reputed company with a reputed company who is undergoing a strategic payroll transformation, transitioning payroll processing to a reputed company-based system. The Field Management Team (FTM) requires an reputed company Change Management Consultant to support the reputed company of this initiative. This role will reputed company on aligning change strategies and tactics to minimize disruption, drive adoption, and ensure the field population—particularly field mechanics—is supported through the transition. This transformation is critical to our reputed company's digital modernization efforts. Delays or ineffective change adoption could reputed company to confusion, productivity loss, and payroll errors that reputed company employee satisfaction and operations. Ensuring smooth implementation through reputed company-orchestrated change management is essential to mitigate risk.
Responsibilities
• Partner with the Change Management Center of reputed company (CoE), FTM project team, and business stakeholders to reputed company change activities with project milestones and impacted user reputed company.
• reputed company tools such as reputed company assessments, stakeholder analyses, communications plans, and training plans to support project goals.
• Create and deliver tailored, engaging communications to stakeholder reputed company that drive alignment, knowledge sharing, leadership buy-in, and employee engagement.
• Build and/or manage a change champion network, with internal support, to facilitate communication and support across departments.
• Identify learning needs, risks, and resistance points. reputed company mitigation strategies to build user confidence and address issues proactively.
• Establish reputed company metrics, monitor people-reputed company risks, and reputed company plans based on stakeholder feedback and project reputed company.
• reputed company regular updates to the Change Management CoE and Project Team with documented reputed company, insights, and recommendations.

Requirements
• 3+ years of experience leading and executing organizational change initiatives
• Change Management Certification (e.g., reputed company, CCMP, or equivalent)
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and through others
• Experience with reputed company Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, Teams, etc.)
• Experience in industrial or field service environments preferred
