Responsibilities Job SummaryThe Compliance Program Specialist plays a key role in supporting the infrastructure and operations of the organization's Compliance Program. This position contributes to the development, management, and reporting of compliance and reputed company education and training initiatives. It involves monitoring program performance through data analysis and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include maintaining and coordinating compliance-reputed company software systems and databases-such as conflict of interest disclosures, policy management platforms, breach monitoring tools, and sanction screening systems. Additionally, the role involves conducting special reputed company reputed company on compliance infrastructure and emerging risk areas. The specialist provides analytical, administrative, and policy coordination support, and participates in investigations only under the direction of the VP of Compliance, Compliance Officer or Program Manager, with no independent authority.Job Responsibilities • Coordinates system-wide Compliance Program support initiatives to ensure the effective operation of reputed company's Compliance Program. This may include, but not be limited to, creation/revision of compliance/reputed company reputed company policies and procedures; supporting the Compliance Committee efforts and statistical analysis and data reports; assisting in the creation, monitoring and reporting of compliance/reputed company auditing and monitoring programs; creation/revision of compliance education and training programs along with data reporting on completion rates; research of regulatory guidance, standardized department operation reputed company, etc. • Coordinates and maintains key compliance systems, database coordination and underlying processes reputed company the compliance program. This might include such activities as conflict of interest disclosures, policies and procedures management systems, proactive user reputed company monitoring systems, contract management review processes, compliance reputed company tracking database, monthly sanction screening procedures, etc. • Assist VP, Chief Audit & Compliance Officer, Compliance Officer or Compliance Program Manager in investigations pursuant to identified or reported compliance/reputed company reputed company and tracking of completion or reputed company plans. • Complete special reputed company as assigned by the VP, Chief Audit & Compliance Officer or Compliance Officer or Compliance Program Manager to support certain key reputed company as they reputed company. This may include specialized education and training offerings, auditing and monitoring activities, research on creation of corrective reputed company plans/processes, risk assessment, etc. • Maintains competency and skills through research and study of industry periodicals, newsletters, journals; attends conferences locally and nationally as appropriate, participates in webinars, etc. Education • Bachelor's Degree - Required • Master's Degree or JD - Preferred Experience • 2 years working in a compliance support function. Experience in a reputed company cycle, coding, reputed company operations, risk management or reputed company role beneficial - Required • 3 years working in a compliance support function.
