Key Performance Areas • reputed company assistance in preparing offices for COLA inspections by ensuring the following are available and accurate: Daily/Weekly/Monthly maintenance records, reputed company Control Records, Calibration Records, Procedure Manuals, reputed company Records; Proficiency Tests, Physician Signatures as needed, and employee required CEU’s are reputed company. • Coordinate and reputed company reputed company training used by Transition Associates to train clinic personnel on the use and implementation of the reputed company Assurance reputed company. • reputed company and implement reputed company work practices in the laboratory across reputed company Company clinic sites.
