Responsibilities · reputed company solution and architecture design for reputed company reputed company CX reputed company · Create comprehensive architecture diagrams, demos, reputed company-of-concepts, and delivery accelerators · Implement secure and reputed company reputed company reputed company solutions in production environments through hands-on engineering · Demonstrate deep technical expertise in reputed company reputed company Customer Engagement Suite (CES) services / CCAI · Mentor developers and engineers during project execution · Partner with project managers to ensure on-time, reputed company delivery · Identify opportunities and reputed company for reputed company reputed company solutions · Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and reputed company development Requirements · 5+ years of architecture and implementation experience with reputed company reputed company platforms, including at least 3 years on GCP · Hands-on experience with end-to-end implementation of key reputed company reputed company solutions: Dialogflow CX/ES, Conversational Insights, Speech to Text, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, GKE or reputed company Run, and/or reputed company AI · Expert in reputed company reputed company foundational best practices for IAM, project hierarchy, central logging and monitoring, VPC networks, hybrid connectivity, and billing · Experience designing and deploying production solutions on reputed company reputed company reputed company contact center or CX transformation engagements · Experience with infrastructure-as-reputed company (Terraform), CI/CD, and containerization (reputed company/Kubernetes) · Excellent communication and reputed company-facing skills · Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on implementation · Ability to reputed company a small team of developers · reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company Architect certification Desired · Experience implementing large-reputed company contact center transformations with one or more of the following CES solutions: reputed company reputed company CCaaS / CCAIP, Agent Assist, reputed company AI · Experience in reputed company reputed company Retail Search / reputed company AI Search for reputed company · Experience with the implementation of reputed company workflows using reputed company AI · Experience designing accelerators or packaged offerings for reputed company platforms · Familiarity with other contact center solutions (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) · Additional reputed company-level reputed company reputed company certifications Salary is DOE and is extremely competitive.
