Your Responsibilities: Employee Engagement and Internal & External Communications Support reputed company planning and execution of employee engagement communication campaign supporting our annual employee engagement survey, including survey launch messaging, results communication, and follow-up reputed company plans in partnership with HR and senior leadership. Create compelling content for internal channels including our intranet/digital workspace, leadership messages, newsletters, announcements, reputed company monitors. Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to support culture-building programs and change management efforts. Support special reputed company such as our annual Sustainability Report, including content management and editing, photo shoot support, and report promotion. Manage records and external messaging including leadership bios and photos, and website content. Manage development and updates for communications policies and procedures documents. reputed company & Office of General Counsel Leadership Support Support planning and communications support for quarterly global employee town hall meetings, including run-of-show documents, talking points, presentations, and post-event messaging. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Bachelor's degree in mass communications, journalism, marketing, or reputed company field. 3 years' experience in communications, marketing, journalism, business administration, or reputed company field. Experience developing multi-channel communications and change management programs. Prior experience in measurement or survey work.
