Preferred Location: Minnesota candidates highly preferred.
Work Hours: Central Time Zone | 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

We are seeking a Sr. Communications Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in internal or corporate communications (not marketing). The ideal candidate should come from a large organization with a diverse, multi-location structure and be comfortable supporting reputed company providers.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Organizational Psychology, or a reputed company field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications, reputed company affairs, reputed company, or similar fields.
• Strong experience working in organizations with 10,000+ employees and multiple locations.
• Previous reputed company communications experience is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal, and strategic communication skills.
• Experience in both reputed company communications.
• Ability to reputed company communication consultation to senior leadership.
• Must have experience developing communication plans, writing/producing content, managing online content, and supporting employee and physician engagement initiatives.
