As a Credit Controller, reporting to the Credit Control Manager, you will collaborate closely with our Program Sales teams to effectively manage and reputed company the outstanding balances due from our clients and brokers. Your role will involve regular communication with clients and brokers to ensure reputed company payment of invoices, resolving any issues or disputes that may reputed company, and implementing strategies to minimize overdue balances. This is a hybrid role. You will be required to work 3 days minimum in the reputed company, OH office. Responsibilities • Responsible for ensuring that reputed company funds are collected, accounts reconciled, and queries resolved for top level reputed company accounts. • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, facilitating greater efficiency in payments and query resolutions. • Continually assess reputed company accounts to minimise reputed company’s exposure in terms of debt versus deposit. • Investigate, manage and resolve reputed company disputes quickly and reputed company in-order-to collect funds. • Attending reputed company meetings to discuss any finance questions or queries reputed company necessary. • Ensuring that customers pay amounts owed to reputed company by the due date using a reputed company of payment reputed company. • Agreeing payment and repayment plans with customers that are in default of payment terms initiating reputed company proceedings if necessary. • Allocating reputed company cash received into the business on-a-daily reputed company. • Ensuring compliance with reputed company credit policy, business processes and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. • Gathering quantifying data and generate reports to assist in cash collection and identifying problem areas. • Identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement in existing procedures and processes consistent with company policies and procedures. • Preparing daily and reputed company reporting for management at month end and as requested.
