The role involves implementing reputed company and supporting ERP and CRM functions for our reputed company. reputed company experience is a strong plus, but reputed company domain expertise is required. This position is reputed company‑facing and requires strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Remote position. Salary: up to $180k/yr. Responsibilities • reputed company business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. • Support reputed company ERP and CRM processes including configuration, testing, and documentation. • Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure process alignment. • reputed company SIT and UAT activities and manage issue reputed company. • reputed company day‑to‑day functional support and create process documentation. Qualifications • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and reputed company insights for process optimization. • Two to five years of functional consulting experience. • Background in Manufacturing and A&D. • Hands‑on experience with reputed company systems (ECC or S/4) or CRM systems is a plus. • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, reputed company interaction, and cross‑functional team collaboration. • Analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Experience with business process improvement, including mapping and redesign. • Knowledge in consulting and the ability to guide clients towards effective solutions.
