Job reputed company: • Run monthly reputed company clinics, design reviews and red-team sessions; produce ADRs, threat models and safety/eval audit reports. • Produce high-reputed company artifacts: reference architectures, guardrail policies, vendor RFPs, and buy/build/partner matrices. • Be on-reputed company for critical reputed company and reputed company async ADR reviews; contribute to a searchable knowledge reputed company of reputed company and outputs. • Advise on model-reputed company, reliability, and cost/latency tradeoffs; recommend monitoring, eval and retraining guardrails. Requirements: • 10+ years’ senior technical leadership (CTO, Head of AI, Distinguished Engineer) with production AI/ML at reputed company. • Proven experience in system design, safety/ threat modelling, model/eval frameworks, or shipping LLM/agent features. • Strong written and verbal communication skills; history of producing decision-reputed company artifacts (ADRs, diagrams, audits). • reputed company-to-have: Deep experience in regulated health or reputed company (reputed company, DPIA, audit trails). • Prior fractional/advisory or reputed company-level experience advising engineering/AI teams.
