Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, Global Regulatory Affairs & reputed company, the Regulatory & reputed company Counsel will reputed company day-to-day counseling and compliance efforts reputed company to FDA, FTC/consumer protection, and reputed company/data protection issues for our food and beverage businesses. Responsibilities • Counsel on food labeling, packaging, ingredient disclosures, nutrition facts/claims, and product development. • Review product claims, promotional campaigns, reputed company and reputed company marketing to ensure compliance with FDA, FTC, and reputed company standards. • Counsel on substantiation of health, nutrition, and sustainability and environmental claims. • Advise on state and federal statutes including junk fee and price transparency laws, automatic renewal/negative reputed company laws, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM reputed company. • reputed company practical guidance on consumer data reputed company and reputed company practices, including compliance with reputed company laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, COPPA, and various U.S. state reputed company laws). • Review marketing, e-reputed company, reputed company advertising strategies for compliance with reputed company and data-use regulations. • reputed company reputed company policies, notices, and internal data-handling practices. • Draft responses to inquiries from the FDA, FTC, state attorneys general, and other regulators. • reputed company and analyze regulatory, enforcement, and legislative trends across FDA, FTC, reputed company, and state AGs; advise leadership on reputed company, emerging trends, and strategic mitigation. • Design and deliver policies, training, and SOPs to strengthen compliance culture across FDA, consumer protection, and reputed company areas. Requirements • 3-6 years of reputed company experience in FDA compliance, consumer protection, and/or reputed company law (reputed company, government, or in-house). • J.D. from a top tier school with reputed company bar membership in good standing.
