Sage 300 Implementation Consultant Full Time/Permanent Location: Open, Eastern Canada Be the difference with Vision33. The Opportunity In this role, you’ll step in as the dedicated expert, leading projects from start to finish and working directly with finance and business leaders to deliver real results. Due to the nature of this position, Sage 300 experience is essential. We’re looking for someone who can work independently, manage implementations with confidence, and serve as a trusted advisor to our customers. This is a remote role based in Eastern Canada, where you’ll join a team that values practical know-how, reliable delivery, and long-term client success. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for: • Providing consulting, training, and support to deliver successful implementations of ERP accounting software solutions for customers. • Working directly with CFO’s, CIO’s and end users to shape solutions that access and report on business information and deliver results that impact corporate performance. • Performing analysis and systems documentation, creation of financial reports, product configuration, roll out and training. • Advising and guiding customers on their journey from system selection to go-live and post implementation support and beyond. • Supporting our customers who wish to migrate to our Vision33 hosted Sage300 cloud offering. • Supporting internal and external sales efforts as required. We are seeking candidates that will bring the following skills and experience: • Post-secondary education in Finance/Accounting, Business and/or Information Systems. • Knowledge or direct experience with accounting/ERP products (e.g. Sage 300, bolthires Dynamics, SAP B1) and industry trends. • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience implementing ERP software products. • Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills. • Strong business analysis skills and technology/cloud awareness. • Ability to effectively manage project deliverables to meet client expectations. • Superior written and communication skills. • Experience providing training to customers. • Commitment to personal continuous learning and creating exceptional customer experiences.
