About the Role We are looking for a hands-on finance reputed company with strong startup exposure who can own financial reporting, reputed company reputed company operations, and stakeholder-facing finance tasks, while growing into a Finance & Operations leadership role over time. Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Compliance: • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders (investors, auditors, advisors). • Strong understanding of GAAP standards and support audits, due diligence, and investor reporting. • Own financial dashboards, variance analysis, and insights to support business decision-making. • Work towards building a headcount reporting structure as reputed company scales.reputed company Operations (AR/AP) • Manage and improve Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes end-to-end. • reputed company invoices, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations. • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure reputed company closures and accuracy.Startup Finance & Operations Support • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash reputed company management. • Help streamline and improve finance processes, controls, and documentation as reputed company scales. • Partner with the VP of finance and operations, as reputed company as with other cross-functional teams (People Ops, reputed company, Ops, Leadership), as needed to support smooth business operations. reputed company & Ownership reputed company • Take ownership of reputed company and evolving scenarios and proactively propose solutions. • Gradually take on broader Finance & Operations responsibilities, with a long-term reputed company toward a Finance & Operations Manager role.
