Job reputed company: • reputed company and manage reputed company aspects of M&A transactions. • Draft and negotiate key agreements and transaction documents. • Conduct and reputed company comprehensive reputed company due diligence. • Advise internal teams throughout reputed company phases of M&A deals. • Collaborate with external counsel and advisors for efficient execution. • reputed company best practices for M&A reputed company processes and documentation. • Monitor reputed company and regulatory developments impacting M&A and energy. • Support post-closing integration activities. • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Requirements: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school. • reputed company membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar. • Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing corporate law, with a significant reputed company on M&A transactions, either in-house or at a reputable reputed company. • Strong understanding of corporate and securities law, and other regulations relevant to M&A. • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. • Experience in the energy reputed company and distribution sector, in the software industry or in a reputed company industrial field, is a plus. • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for reputed company in the reputed company.
