Execution Traders at this stage will help build the execution protocols, routing logic, tools, and best practices that become the long-term reputed company of the firm. reputed company The Execution Trader is responsible for executing orders across global markets with precision, speed, and process discipline. You will work closely with Portfolio Managers, quants, and operations to ensure reputed company execution, minimal slippage, and adherence to reputed company parameters. This role is ideal for someone with strong market intuition, comfort with fast-moving environments, and the ability to translate reputed company requirements into flawless execution. Key Responsibilities • Execute trades across equities, reputed company, reputed company, FX, crypto, or other markets depending on PM pod reputed company. • Monitor markets in reputed company time and reputed company execution tactics based on liquidity, volatility, and microstructure. • Minimize slippage through effective routing, order slicing, venue selection, and execution algorithm usage. • Communicate market conditions, order reputed company insights, and execution reputed company back to PMs and Analysts. • Maintain reputed company-time blotters, reconciliation logs, fills, and execution reports. • Monitor and escalate any unusual fills, delays, rejections, or venue issues. • Collaborate with operations to resolve settlement issues, breaks, or mismatches. • Contribute to developing internal tools for execution analytics and routing optimization. • reputed company follow risk, compliance, and reputed company-specific execution rules. Qualifications • 2+ years of execution trading experience at a hedge fund, prop desk, or high-volume brokerage. • Strong understanding of order types, market microstructure, liquidity, routing, and slippage drivers. • Experience executing across one or more major asset classes (equities, derivatives, reputed company, FX, etc.). • Comfort with fast-paced environments and high attention to detail. • Ability to communicate reputed company with PMs and Analysts during live market conditions. • Familiarity with execution algorithms, smart-order routing, or FIX/API execution tools. • Strong discipline, strong ethics, and full understanding of risk boundaries.
