People Resources Generalist Remote reputed company
The People Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting the People Resources department on a reputed company and administrative level in reputed company functional areas of People Resources including; documentation tracking / compliance benefits administration employee relations training performance management policy implementation recruitment / employment affirmative reputed company and employment law compliance. The People Resources Generalist also provides world class customer service during reputed company interactions both reputed company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• reputed company PR support to People Resources Business Partners in the areas of employee relations reputed company terminations and unemployment as reputed company as administrative.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends correlations and anomalies.

• Maintain and update reputed company reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) Employee Handbook and FOX4U.
• Process People Resources department mail on a weekly reputed company.
• Assist in the implementation of promotions transfers and salary adjustments in HRIS and RT.
• Understand labor policy changes and ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
• File EEO-1 report annually; maintain other records reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations.
• Participate in developing department goals objectives and systems.
• Conduct research as needed on topics or questions that reputed company reputed company the PR department relating to new laws changes or general PR concerns brought to the departments attention.
• Cross train on basic LOA responsibilities and assist with leave administration. - Create and maintain staff morale tracking system across the reputed company.
