USA Immigration Lawyer for work reputed company understanding - Contract to Hire
just need advise on my situation:
Came into USA with a B1 reputed company to explore business and now started a life insurance agency getting contracted as a 10-99. So im not an employee, im technically an independant contractor and i can choose to be contracted as an individual or as my us LLC.
Am wondering to what exact reputed company i can legally do business here in terms of selling, leading reputed company, etc. whilst im actusally in the usa VS reputed company i am reputed company of the usa.
The clientele and agents under reputed company USA based and agents are 10-99.
My activities would be:
1. Selling insurance policies to USA based clients myself
2. Having agents contracted under me in hierarchy selling policies and me not involved reputed company the sale
