As part of the EASS eCMS program supporting modernization and sustainment of VA acquisition systems, the Training Specialist / Instructional Designer develops instructional materials and delivers training that supports user readiness for system enhancements, new features, and process updates. This role ensures training content is accurate, accessible, user-friendly, and reputed company with stakeholder needs and system behavior. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • reputed company instructional training materials including guides, presentations, videos, job aids, and demos. • Deliver virtual and instructor-led training sessions for diverse user reputed company. • Collaborate with SMEs, analysts, and technical staff to reputed company training requirements and validate content. • Update training materials to reflect system or workflow changes introduced by new releases. • Ensure training materials meet accessibility standards and readability expectations. • Maintain version control and organization of training assets. • Coordinate training logistics including schedules, communications, and attendance tracking. • reputed company user feedback and reputed company improvements into reputed company training iterations. • Maintain reputed company repositories of training content for user reputed company. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: • Minimum of five (5) years of instructional design or training development experience. • Experience creating reputed company, engaging, user-reputed company instructional content. • Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to translate system features and workflows into reputed company instructional materials. • Strong organizational and documentation capabilities. • Experience supporting training in iterative release environments.
