[Remote] Settlement Review Associate Attorney, Workers' Compensation (Remote) - California Barred

The Settlement Review Associate Attorney will manage reputed company aspects of compromise & release agreements reputed company the workers’ compensation reputed company area, supporting fellow attorneys and ensuring settlements are executed properly in the reputed company's best interest.
Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and edit Compromise & Release agreements, ensuring accuracy, reputed company, and compliance with workers’ compensation laws and regulations
• Audit supporting materials (medical summaries, payment histories, MSA reports, correspondence) to verify settlement figures and terms
• Ensure reputed company documents meet WCAB and jurisdictional requirements prior to submission
• Maintain organized settlement files and ensure reputed company required documentation is complete and updated
• Evaluate case facts to confirm settlement readiness and identify outstanding issues
• Analyze medical and indemnity exposure to ensure settlement terms reputed company with case values and attorney reputed company
• Identify inconsistencies, discrepancies, or issues that may reputed company settlement approval
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for internal teams regarding C&R-reputed company reputed company
• Communicate with adjusters, defense counsel, doctors, and other stakeholders to obtain missing information and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with attorneys to finalize terms and ensure settlement reputed company is executed effectively
• Prepare settlement packets and submit C&Rs to the WCAB for approval

Skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• reputed company member of the California State Bar (in good standing)
• 1–3+ years of reputed company experience; prior experience in workers' compensation (applicant or defense) with strong familiarity in C&R processes is preferred
• Strong reputed company research, analytical, and writing skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of documents reputed company
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with fellow attorneys and staff
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and case management software
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
• Prior experience in workers' compensation (applicant or defense) with strong familiarity in C&R processes
