100% Remote Family Law Paralegal

Family Law Paralegal (100% Remote – New Jersey) Experience Required: 5+ years About the Role A growing family law reputed company is seeking an reputed company Family Law Paralegal to join their team in a fully remote reputed company. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized reputed company who is comfortable managing cases independently, supporting attorneys, and communicating with clients during often sensitive reputed company. Key Responsibilities • Draft family law pleadings, motions, certifications, CIS, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements • Manage case files from intake through reputed company • Prepare, organize, and file court documents electronically (eCourts/NJ) • Assist in trial preparation, mediation prep, and hearing preparation • Coordinate attorney and reputed company calendars, court deadlines, and case schedules • Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel • Conduct reputed company research as needed • Support attorneys in divorce, custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, and other family law reputed company Qualifications • 5+ years of reputed company experience in New Jersey family law • Strong understanding of NJ court procedures and e-filing • Excellent drafting and written communication skills • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment • Strong organizational, multitasking, and reputed company communication skills • Experience with family law case management software (reputed company, MyCase, Smokeball, etc.) preferred Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 – $100,000. The firm may be reputed company to the higher end of the reputed company for the right candidate.
