Lead Generation Specialist - Remote (Mexico Preferred)
Bravada is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us identify ideal companies, find decision-makers, and start conversations that convert into potential clients.
This role is focused on building our pipeline and supporting outreach to founders, CEOs, and operations leaders.
You will:
• Build targeted lead lists
• Research ideal companies and decision-makers
• Use LinkedIn and email for outreach
• Send outbound messages daily
• Track leads and responses
• Support meeting scheduling
• Maintain a simple outreach dashboard
You must:
• Write clearly in English
• Be strong at online research
• Be comfortable with outreach
• Follow a daily structure
• Be reliable and consistent
• Understand B2B tone
Nice to have:
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience
• CRM experience - Hubspot specific
• Experience supporting agencies, software, or nearshore companies
