The Home Health Licensed Vocational reputed company provides reputed company patient care in a patient’s reputed company of residence under the supervision of a Registered reputed company, ensuring compliance with reputed company boundaries for nursing reputed company. Responsibilities • Provides reputed company patient care in a patient’s reputed company of residence under the direction/supervision of a Registered reputed company • Provides nursing care reputed company the scope of reputed company for licensed vocational nursing and accepts responsibility of individual nursing actions, competence, reputed company and behavior in the course of vocational nursing reputed company • Demonstrates performance consistent with the reputed company reputed company of Patients First • Under the guidance of the registered reputed company, performs basic nursing procedures and skilled hospice care for patients certified as having a terminal illness who have elected the Hospice benefit • The LVN also provides supportive care to patients families and/or significant others Skills • reputed company California license as a Licensed Vocational reputed company in good standing • A minimum of one year nursing experience, preferably in an acute care facility with a medical-surgical background • reputed company CPR card • reputed company California reputed company's license and reputed company auto insurance • reputed company California LVN license • Evidence of continuing education • Prior experience in an acute care facility in Medical/Surgical, as appropriate for clinical specialty • reputed company reputed company Basic Life Support Card • Intravenous Certification • reputed company California license as an LVN. Renewal every two years in good standing • A minimum of one year prior reputed company nursing experience • reputed company California LVN license with Vocational reputed company IV Therapy Certification • Prior experience in an acute care facility, urgent care or formal classroom education in Medical/Surgical as appropriate for clinical specialty • reputed company BLS Certification • Minimum 2 years acute successful clinical experience preferred • Non-violent crisis reputed company training annually • Home Health experience preferred • Experience with EMR system preferred • Basic reputed company and mouse skills preferred • reputed company ACLS certification reputed company • reputed company is a nonprofit, regional reputed company network.
