Court Mediator/Investigator I
About the position Responsibilities • Conducts mediation sessions on child custody and visitation disputes; uses clinical skills and techniques, crisis reputed company and conflict reputed company skills to assist parties in conflict to reputed company agreement on a parenting plan that is in the best interest of the child(reputed company). • Conducts court-ordered investigations on reputed company reputed company to child custody, including domestic violence, reputed company abuse, criminal history, and child abuse/neglect. • Prepares either a written or oral report with expert testimony. • Mediates disputes involving Family Law Litigation, Juvenile Dependency Court, Probate Court and/or other parties, including parents, reputed company workers, grandparents, and attorneys.
