Virtual Medical Transcriptionist Professional At Home Jobs (https://professionalathomejobs.com) is looking for someone to fill the position of a Virtual Medical Transcriptionist work in the U.S. only. JOB TYPES: MUST be a U.S. citizen. Flexible. SPECIALITIES: Acute care, clinical, radiology and pathology reports. RESPONSIBITIES: Accurately transcribe physician dictations into specific, organized reports. Transcription of dictated reports using client specific guidelines on content and formatting. Ability to locate patient records based off available information. Perform audits on existing jobs on a monthly basis. An Editor role will also be granted to medical transcriptionists who display exemplary skills to assist on difficult reports that require advanced help. Strict adherence to all confidentiality requirements, including HIPAA. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in medical transcription. CMT is preferred but is not required. Must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of medical terminology, procedures, pharmacology, and practices. Ability to utilize multiple software platforms simultaneously. Minimum standards of 98.7% accuracy must be met on all reports. Possess a firm understanding of medical terminology. Attention to detail. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Home office set-up. High speed internal Internet (NO satellite). USB-Infinity foot pedal (DVI USB foot pedals not compatible). Headphones. Windows 10, Intel I3 or better processor/AMD K4 or better, 8 GB of RAM minimum, and 250 GB hard drive minimum. PAYMENT: $20.00 per audio hour transcribed.
