Remote Compliance Quality Control Contractor

Position : Compliance Quality Control Contractor Location : Remote (U.S.-based) Type : 1099 Per-file Contract Immediate Start We are seeking an experienced Compliance Quality Control Contractor to perform comprehensive final QC reviews on mortgage files ensuring full compliance with regulatory and investor standards. Responsibilities : Conduct end-to-end compliance and documentation reviews. Verify adherence to federal state and investor requirements using LauraMac. Identify and document discrepancies resolving errors with precision. Maintain clear and accurate QC findings for investor readiness. Requirements : 5 years of mortgage compliance / QC experience. Proficiency in LauraMac required (no exceptions no training provided). Ability to manage workload independently and meet strict file deadlines. Demonstrated record of accuracy and quality in prior QC work. Details : Contract type : 1099 Per-file compensation (rate disclosed before engagement).
