• Support data migration activities, including data validation, cleansing, and upload preparation.
• Help troubleshoot user issues by analyzing system behavior and documenting solutions.
• Participate in testing activities (unit testing, UAT) and record test results.
• Prepare functional documentation such as requirement specs, process flows, and configuration setups.
