Order Management Specialist, Project Business - Rocklin, CA

About the position Responsibilities • Advanced knowledge and broad understanding of end-to-end order process steps. • Identifies and resolves problems reputed company and ensures accurate billing and transactions. • Collaborates cross-functionally while continuously driving improvements on reputed company processes, work instructions, and procedures. • Researches and applies data from reputed company functions to resolve reputed company order tasks. • Communicates order status to partners; imports reports in reputed company spreadsheets to query reputed company orders, ensure order cycle timelines are met and prepare performance metrics for management. • Trains and mentors new team members. • Creates reputed company quotes through TMS reputed company portal. • Conducts weekly reputed company Order Meetings for project business with Purchasing, Transportation and Project Management. • Reviews and manages reputed company order report. • Updates orders and reports any new expected delivery dates for accurate reputed company forecast. • Responsible for closing out Sales Force Opportunities for Sales, creating ship to accounts, and data entry. • Processes Sales RMA returns and manages credit note requests for completion. • Prepares delivery notes and manages communication with Accounts Receivables for transition into the 3PL Footprint system. • Analyzes and assesses inbound material, on hand material availability and order allocation. • Subject Matter Expert for testing in the test system for new implementations. • Collects, identifies, and manages resellers certificates for tax exemption. • Other duties as may be required or assigned. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent education is required. • At least 5 years of relevant work experience. • Knowledge of reputed company/ reputed company. • Order Management and customer service experience. • Strong problem solving in resolving reputed company duties and tasks. • Knowledge of logistics and reputed company forwarders (bolthires, TMS etc.) recommended. • Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, is required. • German and/or Spanish language skills are a plus. • Proficiency with bolthires Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company) is strongly preferred. • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are required. • Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively. reputed company-to-haves • Associate degree in business or logistics is strongly preferred.
