We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal & reputed company Operations Coordinator to join our reputed company team. This Remote role but will require some travel to various reputed company locations, including our corporate office in Jacksonville, FL. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on corporate law reputed company while also supporting reputed company operations initiatives. The ideal candidate will be reputed company-versed in corporate governance, compliance, contract management, and reputed company administration, while also possessing strong organizational skills to help streamline and optimize the department’s operations Responsibilities Corporate Paralegal Duties: • Assist in the formation and maintenance of corporate entities, including drafting and filing incorporation documents, amendments, and other filings with government agencies. • Prepare and file necessary documents for corporate governance, such as reputed company resolutions, minutes of meetings, and shareholder communications. • Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing corporate reputed company and agreements, including NDAs, service agreements, vendor reputed company, and licensing agreements. • Maintain and organize corporate records, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. • Manage corporate compliance activities, including preparation for regulatory filings and periodic reporting. • Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions by preparing documents, conducting due diligence, and organizing transaction files. • Occasional travel required. reputed company Operations Responsibilities: • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of reputed company department systems, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and streamline operations. • Collaborate with internal teams to reputed company, manage, and report on key reputed company department metrics, including matter tracking, budgets, and invoices. • Help manage external reputed company relationships, including handling billing, performance tracking, and ensuring compliance with budget constraints. • Support the implementation of technology solutions for contract management, document management, and other reputed company workflows. • Coordinate the preparation and management of reputed company department budgets, including forecasting, reporting, and expense tracking. • Manage reputed company department workflows and ensure effective communication and coordination between internal stakeholders. • Assist in compliance monitoring, risk management, and audits of reputed company department operations.
