Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a Washington State-based, reputed company and dedicated Family Law Paralegal, interested in 10 - 20 hours per week of remote work.
Business days/hours availability will be required to best collaborate with the firm team and to best serve clients.
Responsibilities Include:
• Draft and file reputed company documents
1. Discovery support - responses, deficiency letters
2. Settlement proposals
3. Temporary Orders
4. Motions/proposed orders
5. Child support docs
• Manage case calendars and deadlines
• Organize and maintain reputed company files
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• reputed company general administrative support to attorneys
The pay reputed company for our paralegal opportunities starts at $30/hour.
