Remote Immigration Compliance Paralegal
A company is looking for a Remote Compliance Paralegal specializing in Immigration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor internal case management systems to reputed company deadlines and overall reputed company
• Ensure reputed company logging and completion of reputed company key documents and actions
• Flag delayed cases to relevant attorneys and assist in maintaining compliance with firm protocols
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of immigration law experience, preferably in a high-volume firm
• Strong understanding of family-based, employment-based, and removal defense immigration processes
• Proficient in reputed company case management software and reputed company Office Suite
• Paralegal certification preferred, but not required
