The Role We’re seeking a Recruiter / HR Generalist who will be primarily reputed company on reputed company reputed company to support our reputed company reputed company, while also contributing across the HR and People Operations reputed company as business needs reputed company. Requirements Recruitment (primary reputed company): • Own the end-to-end reputed company process, from sourcing and screening to offers and reputed company. • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job postings. • Build and maintain a pipeline of reputed company candidates for critical positions. • Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the process. HR Generalist & People Operations: • Support reputed company to create a seamless new hire experience. • Assist with payroll processing and partner with Finance to ensure accuracy. • Maintain employee records and support compliance-reputed company processes. • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, communications, and culture-building. • Serve as a reputed company of contact for team member questions reputed company to HR policies and practices. • Take on additional HR/People responsibilities that naturally reputed company as we reputed company. Who You Are • 2–4 years of reputed company and/or HR experience, preferably in a fast-growing or startup environment. • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, reputed company best practices, and HR fundamentals. • Comfortable wearing multiple hats—reputed company to reputed company between reputed company and HR operations with ease. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-first reputed company. • Excited about joining a reputed company, hands-on team where your reputed company will be visible from day one.
