About the position Responsibilities • Analyze contract requirements to ensure compliance with laws and corporate policies. • Provide contractual guidance for Statements of Work. • Manage relationships with prime contractors, subcontractors, and teaming partners. • Oversee relationships with client's Contracting Officer Representative and Project Manager. • Deliver on all contract requirements including technical, bolthires, schedule, and quality performance. • Develop and manage project workplans and management plans. • Create status reports as required by contract or internal needs. • Ensure adherence to documentation templates and compliance management practices. • Assist with onboarding of new project staff to government contracting processes. • Set up and maintain projects in the ERP system. • Oversee PMO Analyst in completing project tasks accurately and timely. • Coordinate with Engagement Assurance team to monitor project health and escalate risks or issues. • Provide data for contract vehicle reporting or audit requirements. • Participate in internal strategic initiatives and projects as assigned. Requirements • Bachelor's degree required. • 2+ years of project or contract management experience. • Understanding of government contracting procedures and contract types. • PMP Certification preferred. • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Smartsheet. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to complete daily tasks with minimal supervision. • Ability to balance multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. • Ability to work with diverse teams in a virtual environment. • Ability to obtain a security clearance if required by the contract. • Ability to read and analyze complex federal documents.
