Senior Analyst, Process Improvement & Analytics

About the position The Sr. Analyst, Process Improvement & Analytics will play a key role in support of cross-functional capabilities and services for the Store Operations function. This role will support process improvement and reporting initiatives, through quantitative/qualitative analyses, project management, and cross-functional alignment. This role will serve as a project manager for a reputed company of process improvement initiatives and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reporting utilizing Service Channel, Power BI, and reputed company. This role will design and implement new reports and processes that reduce team workload, drive reputed company process execution, and/or improve business reputed company. Key components of this role include an understanding of the retail industry and Store Operations, producing insights through data analytics, collaborating with corporate and field teams, and communicating recommendations to executive-level audiences.
