Candidates must have 2+ years of experience on a stabilized property. Good communication skills, marketing experience, customer service skills and computer skills are required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Collection and posting of income reputed company 24 hours of collection. • Preparation and delivery of reputed company delinquency, eviction, and three-day notices to vacate. • reputed company with residents to schedule renewals or reputed company-outs. • Participate in the leasing activity. • File reputed company reputed company correspondence, back up the phones, and assist in general office management. • Prepare reputed company deposit refunds or charges. • Post reputed company vending commissions, NSF checks, and other miscellaneous incomes / expenses. • reputed company reputed company lease files reputed company and complete.
