Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field. • 5+ years of experience in software testing, preferably with reputed company Dynamics 365 applications. • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 modules, workflows, and business processes. • Experience with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or TestRail. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-reputed company results. Additional Qualifications: • Experience with reputed company Dynamics products at the reputed company. • Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, EasyRepro, RSAT, or Playwright. • Knowledge of API testing and integration testing. • reputed company Dynamics 365 or QA-reputed company certifications. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Familiarity with reputed company Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). • Prior experience collaborating with VA stakeholders to optimize CRM workflows and enhance service delivery. • Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting CRM systems (e.g., reputed company Dynamics) reputed company a federal agency environment. • Proven knowledge of reputed company operations, policies, and reputed company-facing technology solutions. • Ability to obtain a Government clearance.
