Commercial Real Estate Attorney - Remote

Robert Half is partnering with a well-respected South Florida law firm who is seeking a commercial real estate attorney with 5+ years' experience. This position can work 100% remote. This role focuses on handling complex commercial real estate transactions within a collegial, entrepreneurial environment, combining the quality and caliber of Big Law with the flexibility of low billable hours and remote work. Responsibilities: • Experience with complex real estate finance transactions on behalf of banks and institutional lenders. • Structure, document, and close loans from the lender’s perspective. • Facilitate closings for complex real estate deals by coordinating with stakeholders and resolving any issues. • Collaborate with clients, lenders, and other parties to achieve successful transaction outcomes. • Provide legal advice and guidance on commercial real estate matters. • Negotiate terms and agreements with opposing counsel to secure favorable outcomes. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from accredited law school and active admission to any Bar • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large-scale real estate transactions, lender representation experience required • Experience working in BigLaw or mid-sized law firm environment. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
