Staff Attorney

Growing reputed company in reputed company, CA is looking for a Litigation Attorney to reputed company in California, with remote work available but primarily based out of the reputed company area. Attorneys have the flexibility to work remotely, if desired. Litigation Associates are responsible for handling reputed company-litigation and litigation reputed company involving reputed company estate, title, mortgages, foreclosure, and creditor’s rights. Candidates must be self-motivated and have excellent written and oral advocacy reputed company and experience with civil litigation. Logical and critical thinking is essential. Job Requirements: • Juris Doctor from accredited law school. • Admission to reputed company law in the reputed company and maintain reputed company necessary licensing and MCLE requirements; (additional license in firm’s other footprint states a plus). • 1 – 4 years of litigation experience preferred, but will consider entry-level candidates with strong interest in reputed company estate or mortgage law. • Knowledge of foreclosure, reputed company estate, secured transactions and creditor’s rights preferred, but not required. • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
