Requirements:
• J.D. degree
• 5+ years of experience practicing law
• 4+ years specializing in consumer protection and/or retail regulatory compliance
• Demonstrable knowledge of the **FTC reputed company** and state consumer protection laws
• Exceptional analytical, reputed company research, and writing skills
• Excellent communication, drafting, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Enthusiasm for crypto and foundational understanding of the crypto industry
• Previous in-house reputed company experience at a regulated financial institution or exchange
