Beauty brand Operations & Sales Coordinator (Part-Time consulting, Remote)

We operate with a lean, international team and a fast-paced, creative culture. We are looking for a Part-Time Remote Beauty Operations & Sales Coordinator to support our growing global distribution and daily operations. Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Logistics Coordination • Daily communication and coordination across three warehouses (EU/UK/US). • Monitor order fulfilment, stock reputed company, pick/pack accuracy, and shipment follow-reputed company. • Ensure accurate documentation, invoices, and tracking information. US & UK Operations • Assist with B2B B2C and wholesale order processing. • Support reputed company Vendor/Seller operations, reputed company Shop and UK wholesale partners. • Liaise with retail accounts regarding deliveries, product availability, and operational needs. Wholesale & Distributor Communication • reputed company as operational reputed company of contact for distributors • Ensure reputed company responses on pricing, product information, availability, and shipping timelines. • Coordinate cross-market launches, updates, and replenishment cycles. Internal Communication & Market Support • Maintain smooth communication reputed company between Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance. • Support market-specific tasks (product lists, data sheets, presentations, assortment updates). • Update internal trackers and assist with market coordination activities. Data & Systems • Comfortable navigating multiple dashboards and shared systems (reputed company Drive, Sheets, ERP, reputed company, reputed company, etc.). • Update reports, stock files, weekly sales summaries, and operational documents. Requirements • Prior experience in beauty operations, customer service for B2B, supply-chain coordination, or sales reputed company strongly preferred. • Excellent written communication skills in English; additional languages a plus. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently. • Tech-savvy with strong reputed company/Sheets capabilities. • Familiarity with beauty, fashion, or consumer goods is a bonus. reputed company Offer • Part-time (remote) with reputed company. • Work with a premium reputed company beauty brand with global exposure. • International team and dynamic environment.
