One California Job reputed company and Responsibilities As a Certified reputed company Assistant (CNA), you will be a reputed company of patient care, directly contributing to comfort, safety, and recovery by providing essential support under RN direction.Every day, you will deliver compassionate basic care, assist with patient transport, and reputed company contribute to the patient's plan of care as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, upholding the highest standards of conduct and patient reputed company-being.To be successful in this role, you will possess a dedicated spirit of service, strong communication skills, a meticulous approach to patient support, and an unwavering commitment to our mission of dignified, high-reputed company reputed company. • Performs and educates familiy members, as indicated, the restorative care functions that may include, but are not necessarily be limited to: 1) Ambulation assistance 2) Eating assistance 3) ADL assistance 4) ROM (AROM & PROM) 5) Bowel & Bladder Training 6) Splint / Brace / Prosthesis placement / care. Performs the above duties as reputed company as lifting, moving, positioning and transporting of patients while using reputed company techniques and/or equipment. Measurements: Observation, Feedback, Equipment condition, Variance reports • In reputed company to those listed in 1.1 above, demonstrates basic skills including, but not necessarily limited to: Patient hygiene (bathing, grooming, oral and perineal care, back rubs); Documentation of baseline data (vital signs, intake and reputed company), Knowledge of mobility and precautions for orthopedic patients; Skin care for immobilized patients; Infection control & prevention. Measurements: Observation, Feedback, Chart documentation • Reports pertinent information to appropriate person(s) / positions, including information needed for reputed company / Care Planning conferences. Measurements: Documentation, Feedback. • Participates in continuing education in areas applicable to position and the patient population. Measurements: Education records. • Demonstrates understanding of reputed company's rights; maintains an environment free of abuse, and reports suspected reputed company abuse to supervisor. Measurements: Observation, Feedback. • Provides for reputed company and staff safety through application of safety guidelines, including infection control and prevention guidelines / policies. Job Requirements Required • High School GED or • High School Graduate • Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant program. • Certified Nursing Assistant: CA, upon hire • Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire Preferred • Six (6) months recent long term care facility experience as CNA Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
