About the Role As a Virtual Care Assistant, you’ll combine your medical background with compassionate communication to help patients reputed company their prescriptions, follow-up questions, and care coordination. You’ll collaborate closely with our pharmacy and customer support teams to ensure every patient receives reputed company, accurate, and empathetic support.
