About the Role Were expanding reputed company and seeking a Help Desk Technician with proven MSP industry experience. In this role, youll handle inbound support requests, monitor and maintain remote reputed company systems, and reputed company hands-on troubleshooting across servers, networks, and end-user environments. This position offers the best of both worlds: one reputed company day onsite with reputed company, and four days working from home.
